Mike Waggoner Mike grew up in Nashville, graduating from Battle Ground Academy in 1975. He earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology in the School of Engineering at Tennessee Technology University in 1981. Mike and Shannon have been married 21 years and have three children. Skylar is attending Tennessee Technology University on an academic scholarship and is studying Chemical Engineering. Summer attends Forest High School in Chapel Hill, TN and has "lettered" in four sports, excelling in basketball while maintaining a 3.9 GPA. Sierra enjoys sports and thrives on entertaining everyone around her.Mike earned his Real Estate License in 1985 and has been an Award of Excellence Life Member since 1997. The BOGLE-WAGGONER TEAM is the #1 team in the Brentwood office of Coldwell Banker Barnes. The BOGLE-WAGGONER TEAM is recognized internationally by Coldwell Banker Barnes by the designated award of the President's Elite Team. Mike's leisure activities include Church, Family, and Golf. Pat Waggoner Pat is a Nashville native and a 1969 graduate of Hillwood High School. He graduated from Lipscomb University in 1973 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Pat and Elizabeth married in 1974 and had four children. He served at Genesco Inc. for 21 years in several positions. Pat began his Real Estate career in 1995. Pat has served as an Elder at the Crieve Hall Church of Christ since 1999. He enjoys teaching adult and youth Bible classes. Pat is an active member of the South Nashville Exchange Club and the South Nashville Civitan Club. Pat enjoys helping clients to achieve their Real Estate business and investment objectives by providing the highest level of professional and quality service based on his clients' needs and time constraints. Most importanty, Pat attempts to humbly walk by faith with boldness and perseverance, knowing that God's Will will be done in everything. He accepts His plan, recogonizes His powers and trusts God in controlling life's events.
ReBecca Bogle also grew up in the Nashville area, graduating from Donelson High School and then attending Tennessee Technology University. Becky's son, Michael Britt, has blessed her with one grandson -- Brandle Bogle and an "inherited" granddaughter. Michael works for NIKE in Minneapolis. Becky's daughter, Brandy is married to Adam Lester and they have no children yet. Brandy is an Event Planner in the Nashville area. Adam is a musician -- touring and doing session work in "Music City." Becky began her career in Real Estate over 18 years ago, working in condominium development and sales. She has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Barnes for more than 16 years. She has earned many awards for outstanding achievement, including President's Club and Coldwell Banker Barnes Elite Member. She is also a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. In her rare spare time, Becky enjoy music and vintage architecture. Her favorite way to spend time, though, is entertaining her grandchildren. She has even been known to drive 3 hours to Memphis (and back) to watch Brandle compete in a Swim Tournament. Becky's personal mission in the Real Estate arena is this: "No two Real Estate transactions are alike ... my goal is to meet the client's needs, be it a home for life, a place to do business, or an investment for growing their personal portfolio."
